Comments:
This was our second WRTC2000 training. We tried to simulate the
WRTC conditions as close as possible:
100W, 3ele tribander, wire for 40/80, no 160m
20 hours of operating
only one PC
one trx as running station, the 2nd only for mult-spotting,
manually band changing
we also simulated working DXCC countries as multiplier instead of
prefixes, some stations maybe wondered, why we asked them for QSY
to another band for a mult! |
| Finally we won the BCC-competition against
DL6RAI/OE2VEL and DL6FBL/DL1MFL, who also used the opportunity to
train for WRTC under the same conditions. |
