Comments:
For this contest I was invited to DK1NO`s station for the first time. Hardest thing
was to find the QTH on the swebian alb, because I arrived saturday
evening while complete darkness and thick fog.
I knew I was only a few hundred metres away, but I couldn`t manage
to find the right way through a field and I didn`t want to get
stuck in the snow with my car.
The only chance was to get outside the car and walk into the
direction from where the
noise of the power generator was coming from. After some minutes of stumbeling
around in the dark I finally safely arrived in the shack...
This was my first "real" 160m-Contest and I
was impressed by working a series of Ws at this superb QTH. |
