Comments: |
This year we wanted to start in the OPEN C category
with beam and amp just to have more fun with CQing. Our previous
starts in the restricted category in SSB had not been very
successful...
It really worked out, I had some fb runs on 20m to the US during
the night and was even called by KH6 !
On the other side the number of 4-points QSOs and Mults suffered
because of less S&P work.
Nevertheless we made a record QSO number that at least frightened
the others during the contest.
Operating was almost done alone, only assisted for a few hours by
Reinhard, DL5MIE.
Thanks to our FD-crew: DG3MMG, DG5MHX, DG3MMF, DL4MIE, DL5MIE for
helping to set up the station. |
